Formula Development
VRC develops custom thermoset compounds to meet customers part specifications and requirements. Our in house lab allows custom formulation and mechanical property testing for validation.

VRC’s in-mold decorating capabilities allow customers to utilize permanent artwork and graphics in their molded products for superior performance compared to other decoration techniques.
High
Temp Resins
VRC molds a wide range of high temperature engineering grade thermoplastic resins for aerospace and defense, medical, and industrial applications. Common resins include PEEK, PES, PPS, PEI (Ultem), and PSU. Our presses are equipped with high heat screw and barrels and temperature control units to ensure proper processing temperatures are achieved.
